$400 flat rate

Full Service
$400 design plus $200 per room
Includes:
- Designated designer for your project
- Consultation and site visit
- Room by room design boards and one redesign included
- Itemized price list
- Designer on site for placement of furniture including accessories, art installation, and bed dressing
- Ensures property is photo-ready
Furniture Rental
There is no minimum order, all items are priced individually and based on a 30-day rental, also known as month to month. Our itemized quotes list all rental costs helping you to plan your project.
First Month
- Standard Rate
- Chicago Rental tax when applicable
Additional Months
- Half Rate (50% of Standard)
- Chicago Rental tax when applicable
White Glove Delivery and Pickup
Once we receive your confirmation and order payment, we schedule a delivery that suits your timing. All items are carefully packed for transport, delivered to your location, fully assembled, and placed in designated rooms. Once installation is completed all packing materials are removed from the premises. Our one-time charge includes delivery and pickup.
Delivery Rates
- Zone A $550 /$650 – Chicago proper
- Zone B $650 – Neighboring suburban area
- Zone C $700 – Extended suburban area
